Our elopement package (or renewal) is simple for a spectacular wedding day!  Just the 2 of you!  Just a few hours from home – our package allows you to skip the big wedding!

This is our newest package with Karen, your on-site marriage officiant! Perfect for those looking for a simple, but spectacular wedding day!

Call Karen prior to booking by email or phone at 540-843-0584 to confirm elopement ceremony date.  For Summer and Fall elopement dates I’ve blocked a few on my calendar for you.  

Your wedding elopement and renewal package includes:

• Wedding/renewal ceremony on our 15 acre property  – select your spot: stream, pond, cabin side, stone courtyard, stone house or various other spots.
• On-site celebrant (Karen) will provide you with a non-denominational civil ceremony
• Dozen red roses and chocolates upon arrival to cabin
• Small Red Velvet Rose wedding cake
• Prosecco toast -just the 2 of you – in your private cabin following ceremony with 2 SME keepsake champagne glasses
• Vows – provide your own or use officiant’s select vows
• 1 hour photography package (by Karen) including all images edited and provided on USB for printing at your leisure (typically 25 images taking with latest iPhone 16)
• Package is available to “add-on” to your 2-night cabin booking

• The people getting married must fill out a license application, sign it, and provide an approved photo ID to confirm their identities and ages.
• The Luray office is open Monday – Friday – no appointment required.
• Marriage License Information | Page County, VA – no witness is required at the ceremony.

Elopement/Engagement Site Fee

This package is available to “add on” to your cabin stay.

• Another available option is a DIY ceremony.
• You select your officiant and photographer.
• Photographer use of cabin and property grounds for ceremony and photography for 2 hours.
• No additional guests permitted – only the officiant and photographer.
